As young, first-time homebuyers, the process was daunting, but she had through, yet understandable, explanations that helped us to understand every step of the process from start to finish. Andy helped us to negotiate some major repairs that needed to be done, as well as working with the seller's agent to get them scheduled. This led to us feeling more confident that we will not need to face these kind of repairs early on in the home owning journey and made us feel like we could relax and just focus on moving and making the place our own.
